Welcome to Ristaven. These terms govern access to and use of services offered through the domain ristavo.info. By engaging our offerings you agree to the following.

2. Scope of Offerings

Ristaven provides specialized legal counsel and support for real estate agents. Offerings may include one-to-one advisory sessions, document preparation, training materials, and office supplies or digital templates.

3. Service Categories and Fees

All fees are due in advance unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Detailed cost information is provided at the time of engagement.

4. Cancellation, Transfers, and Refund Policy

4.1 Professional Legal Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled session without any deduction up to 7 days prior to the appointment date. In such cases Ristaven will issue a full refund of the fee paid, minus any processing charges. To request this please contact Ristaven via the Contact Form within the specified window.

If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the appointment or after work has commenced, the fee is non-refundable due to the specialized nature of the work. However clients may request a one-time rescheduling of the session to an alternative date within 30 days of the original date by contacting Ristaven at the link above.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as e-books, guides, and recorded webinars may be accessed immediately upon payment. Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided none of the digital files have been accessed or downloaded. To submit a request use the Contact Form. Approval will be at Ristaven’s discretion and any approved payments will be processed within 15 business days.

4.3 Physical Goods

Items shipped by Ristaven such as printed manuals or branded office supplies may be shipped back in their original unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate this process clients must notify Ristaven via the Contact Form and ship items to the address listed above. Upon receipt Ristaven will inspect the items and if they meet the criteria will process a refund within 15 business days. The client is responsible for any shipment costs.

5. Process for Refund Requests

To submit any request related to cancellations or reimbursements clients should complete the Contact Form providing service details, invoice number, and reason for the request. Ristaven will respond within 5 business days.

6. Modifications of Terms

Ristaven reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version on ristavo.info. Changes take effect upon posting. Clients are advised to review these terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
